The objective of this project was to develop a guide (Handbook on SEA for Cohesion Policy 2007-2013) to implement the Directive on Strategic Environmental Assessment (2001/42/CE) programming of cohesion policy 2007-2013.
It is a project promoted by the Network of Environmental Authorities of Spain and developed under the INTERREG IIIC program. They participated partners from nine EU member states and was led by the Environment Agency of England and Wales.
Terra participated in the development of the methodology and developed working groups in Brussels (Belgium), Madrid (Spain), Patras (Greece) and Debrecen (Hungary).
